Sleeping
Sleeping, is a wonderful thing. Except until you're just laying there. Sometimes I think to myself, "it's going to be a wonderful night tonight!" But once I sleep in that cozy bed, all I can do is, nothing. I close my eyes, it doesn't do anything. Here's some tips for you, hopefully it works and you can be sleeping tonight!
Please note that these are not scientific ways to sleep, I actually try using these ways to sleep. If they do not work, that is not my fault.
Snacking
Before sleeping, make sure to drink a warm glass of milk, this might help people with insomnia (like Junphy,ME!) Insomnia means inability to sleep. When waking up in the middle of your sleep and you find yourself hungry, eat a small snack.
Thinking
Whenever I sleep, I always think that I won't be able to fall asleep. That is not the way for you to fall asleep faster. You must think of relaxing things. Such as what you're doing tomorrow, going on vacation, and etc. Scary things, might give you a hard time.
Sounds
I am a type of person who needs a lot of sound in order to sleep. If you can't sleep with a lot of sound, then wear ear plugs or tell someone to lower the volume. If your like me, you can wear headphones to sleep to create sounds, but do realize this can damage your hearing. Make sure your "sleeping buddy" isn't a snorer.
Lighting
Lights are very important, especially electronics. Keep electronics far away from you when sleeping. Do not be using electronics right before bedtime.
